FEATURES:

• GRAPE VARIETIES: 80% Garnacha, 10% Cariñena, 10 % Syrah,
• ALCOHOLIC CONTENT: 15%
• SOILS & VINES: Les Crestes vineyards are situated at a height of 350/400 meters
  above sea level on hillsides of pronounced slopes, with the characteristic
  slate soil called "licorella".
  A third of the grapes comes from vineyards of more than 50 years old, and the rest comes from vineyards with an average of 15 years old.
  
• AGEING: Grape selection in vineyards, and at the winery grape entry, with two consecutive table selection. Fermentation in small tank size of stainless steel, at controlled temperature of 26 ºC, with a total maceration period of 15 days. Aging of 10 months in French oak (very thin grain).
